QA/QC Engineer (MEP/Cx) Data center project field QA/QC role that is responsible to execute the JLL-SKAE QA/QC Program throughout the L1-L5 commissioning (Cx) levels or specified responsibilities based on our clients’ requirements. It is required to work onsite full-time (40-50 hours a week) with the potential for overtime. **Responsibilities** * Review MEP Drawings, approved submittals and specifications as needed * Inspect incoming MEP equipment and complete the required receiving checklist on the required software platform * If required, perform preparatory phase meetings with all subcontractors and confirm readiness to work onsite * Review MEP mockups for equipment or specific systems as required per specifications * Document and track all required QA/QC deliverables and test reports during L2 and L3 (NETA, Short Circuit Study, Torque/Megger sheets, TAB etc…) * Ensure that all set-in place inspection checklists are completed by JLL-SKAE and the subs/vendors * Perform inspection for foreign object debris (FOD) inside MEP equipment if required * Perform final equipment inspection prior to L3 Energization. * Ensure all L3 document deliverables including startup reports are provided. * Assist with the development of methods of procedure (MOP’s) for specific equipment and systems. * Track and organize all required documentation for L1-L3 on Procore or other software platform * Record observations and issues in
