Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA QC, Experience in civil construction works of an IT building, IT building or commercial building experience, Worked on the complete life cycle of the project

BETech – Civil/ Construction management
What You'll Do.
Review Quality Plan submitted by contractor
Review Architectural drawing
Ensure BOQ specification followed
Review concrete Design mix
Ensure calibration certificates
Ensure Construction material testing
Site inspection of all structural elements
Provide feedback to Project lead
Issue site instruction
Maintain Construction checklist
Escalate to Constrictor’s management
Convert instruction as NCR
Maintain Site instruction & NCR tracker
Lead periodical Quality Audit at site
