Must Have
5+ years of software QA experience, at least 2 years managing QA engineers, Demonstrated experience defining and driving QA strategy, Experience evolving QA practices for AI-assisted engineering workflows, hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, Solid understanding of testing methodologies, Ability to write clear test plans, test cases, and quality reports, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Nice to Have
Experience evolving QA practices in environments where engineers use AI coding assistants, Experience in fintech, marketplace platforms, or other regulated software environments, Familiarity with performance testing or security testing practices, Experience with API testing tools, Background working on small engineering teams where QA and engineering collaborate closely

Design and maintain an automated test framework
Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines
Partner closely with product and engineering
Track and report on defect trends
Triage and investigate production issues
Evaluate and introduce new tooling
