Propose solutions/improvements to the concerned Contractors; Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA); Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are properly defined, assigned and tracked to closure
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, Professional Experience in similar position (number of years): more than5 years, Good knowledge in QMS, construction, pipe laying, metallurgy, Welding, NDT, coating and pre-commissioning, Good knowledge in construction codes and international standards used in O&G industry, Proficiency with Microsoft applications
Nice to Have
Certification in NDT, Welding or Coating inspection (CSWIP, IWE, FROSIO/NACE) is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Build and implement the Quality Management System (QMS)
Develop and submit key generic QA documents
Establish a generic QMS framework and define its Key Performance Indicators
Present the generic QMS to project teams
Monitor personnel on QMS implementation
Assist in managing QA deliverables for each project
Drive Contractor Quality Assurance and Compliance
lead and expedite external quality audits of Contractors and Subcontractors
Participate in the qualification and assessment process of Contractors
Investigate identified QA issues and propose solutions/improvements
Monitor external audit findings
Ensure Projects execution activities comply with company rules & project policy and procedures
Govern Non-Conformance
Deviation & Derogation Management and Continuous Improvement
Support in the systematic follow-up and closeout of Deviations and Derogations
consolidate and Lessons Learned
Report at Portfolio Level on Quality matters
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Maintain and update the portfolio-level quality risk register
Review and report any quality problems or difficulties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate effectively with colleagues; Present the generic QMS to project teams; Monitor relevant personnel on its implementation; Collaborate with QAQC Portfolio Manager

Good communication skills; able to communicate effectively with colleagues

Manage QA deliverables for each project, Monitor project lifecycle
