About You You are a QA Functional Engineer passionate about ensuring software quality through structured testing, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of business processes and user workflows. You enjoy validating complex scenarios, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality digital experiences. You are comfortable testing web, mobile, and eCommerce applications, validating integrations, and ensuring solutions meet both functional and business requirements. You bring a proactive and analytical mindset, allowing you to anticipate risks, execute comprehensive testing activities, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments where quality, usability, and customer experience are critical to success. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of functionality and reliability. You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on functional testing. * Experience testing web, mobile, or eCommerce applications. * Experience designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and test scenarios. * Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar. * Experience validating integrations and end-to-end business workflows. * Experience testing applications on mobile devices, emulators, simulators, and physical devices. * Experience validating user experiences on large-screen devices, kiosks, or POS-style interfaces. (Highly desirable). * Experience testing integrations with peripherals such as barcode scanners, printers, or similar devices. (Highly desirable). * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills. * Experience working within Agile environments. * English proficiency (B2 or highe
