Must Have
Banking domain experience, Demand Deposit Accounting Functional, Application & Automation Testing experience, Knowledge in SQL, Practical experience using Scrum, Agile modelling and adaptive software development, Test automation tools like TOSCA, Python, Selenium & UFT, Defect Tracking Tools like RTC, Jira, Practical experience in using Test Management Tools
Nice to Have
Scripting languages like VB scripting, Java Scripting
What You'll Do.
Understanding business requirements and defining test strategies for software applications
Develop and maintain Test plan
Test backups and other SQA artifacts
Maintain Automated Scripts for complex application workflows/process
Identify regression cases and automate test suites
Incorporate automated test scripts into continuous integration process
Compatibility and User acceptance testing phases
Maintaining and tracking the test deliverables in test management tool
Taking responsibility of the QA deliverables
Prepares project report and ensures metrics are kept up to date
Reviews daily processes and suggests improvements as required
Replicating the production defects in lower environments
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with peers on cross functional teams (primarily agile); Participate in daily Agile standups, iteration planning, product demos and application walkthroughs; To coordinate with all stakeholders in the program – Devusiness/PM teams; Works closely with other test teams, development teams, project managers, analysts, and deployment and support personnel to support project and department goals; Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases and support
Process & Methodology
Oversees the day to day activities of one or more project teams, Prepares project report and ensures metrics are kept up to date
