10 years of experience in textile/apparel manufacturing and quality, Technical background, Solid manufacturing experience, Field-based capability, Office-based reporting and coordination, Ability to train, coach, and influence suppliers, High credibility with mill engineers and technical teams, Problem-solving skills, Structured follow-up mindset, Good written English communication and expression skills
Nice to Have
Textile or Mechanical Engineering degree, Garment technology background

Review manufacturing and technical audits
Identify gaps and opportunities
Work in process improvement
Accompany QIMA auditor onsite
Identify failures for improvement
Drive improvement on specific areas
Attend weekly meetings with brand
