Are you ready to hop on this exciting ride with us and help us achieve our mission? * Review Manufacturing and Technical Audits audit reports * Quickly identify any gaps and opportunities for improvement. * Be onsite in factory and work in process improvement with factory Management * Accompany QIMA auditor onsite during review audits * Review PSI reports and identify failures for improvement with factories * Drive improvement on specific areas within agreed timelines. * Weekly meetings with brand to identify focus points and plan onsite missions * Onsite mission (factories): 65% of the time. ## Qualifications * Textile or Mechanical Engineering degree; other engineering degrees may also be considered * At least 10 years of experience in textile/apparel manufacturing and quality * Strong technical background, preferably in garment technology * Not only a QC background, but also solid manufacturing experience * Strong field-based capability combined with office-based reporting and coordination * Ability to train, coach, and influence suppliers with different levels of technical maturity * High credibility with mill engineers and technical teams * Strong problem-solving skills and a structured follow-up mindset * Good written English communication and expression skills
