What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in QA engineering, automation testing, or platform validation, understanding of test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and CI/CD pipelines, Proficiency in Python, Bash, or other scripting tools used for automated testing, Hands-on experience with hardware/software testing, especially on server platforms, Ability to set up test environments, configure hardware/software setups, and validate system performance, Experience with API testing, performance testing, and reliability testing methodologies, troubleshooting skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving issues in complex environments, Familiarity with Agile methodologies, continuous testing, and software development lifecycles
Nice to Have
Experience working with global QA teams to integrate tools and methodologies into platform testing, Knowledge of server architectures, cloud environments, and AI-driven testing solutions
