Full Job Description

The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to the successful onboarding of retailers onto our platform. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, acting as the key point of contact during the onboarding and testing phases of project delivery. As an Integration Specialist, you will manage and perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the quality and readiness of our platform integrations. You will also guide clients through the testing and launch process, troubleshooting any issues and driving successful outcomes. Responsibilities Lead and execute Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) for retailers integrating with our platform. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects in active deployment. Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing onboarding and testing activities. Educate and guide retailers through our testing and launch processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding journey. Troubleshoot issues during testing phases and escalate as needed to internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure client requirements are met. Document test results, feedback, and issues clearly and professionally for both internal and external audiences. Requirements Mandatory: Prior experience in a QA or Testing role, ideally within an ecommerce or SaaS environment. Fluent English speaker, able to lead meetings in that language Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal. Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
