What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience and understanding in backend testing (REST/gRPC), Experience and understanding in Web UI, Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation, Experience working with Git or other version control systems, Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests, Experience working with CI/CD tools, B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Nice to Have
Experience working with gRPC and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf), Experience using modern AI tools (e. g. LLMs, copilots) to boost development productivity and experimentation, Experience working with Kafka

Core Banking Systems Team Our team builds reliable and scalable financial systems that power treasury operations across international markets. Using modern technologies such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, and microservice architecture, we are developing a next-generation Treasury Management System from scratch for Mexico and Colombia. The platform will unify treasury back-office operations in a single ecosystem, replacing fragmented legacy tools with modern workflows, approval processes, dashboards, and personalized workspaces. We focus on high-performance backend engineering, system reliability, and products that directly impact real financial operations at scale. Challenges that await you: Functional acceptance, exploratory, regression, and smoke testing of web applications Design, implementation, and execution of the full software testing lifecycle Development and maintenance of test documentation Integration testing between backend and frontend, backend testing Acceptance, regression, and smoke testing (both automated and manual) Identification, localization, and reporting of defects using a bug tracking system What makes you a great fit: Experience and understanding in backend testing (REST/gRPC); Experience and understanding in Web UI testing; Experience in developing and maintaining test documentation Experience working with Git or other version control systems Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests Experience working with CI/CD tools B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
