About the role: As a QA Engineer, you will drive quality across complex systems and ensure reliable, high-quality product releases. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams, you will help identify risks early and improve quality throughout the development lifecycle. What you’ll do: Take full ownership of quality across rapidly changing domains. Lead manual testing efforts for complex features across backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing flows. Deeply understand system behavior, identify edge cases, and validate complex end-to-end scenarios. Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams to define requirements and the "Definition of Done." Investigate production issues and ensure proper validation and regression coverage. What we are looking for: 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (with a strong focus on manual testing). Strong technical background with the ability to understand systems, APIs, and debug complex flows. Experience testing web applications, APIs, and complex distributed systems. Proven ability to take ownership and lead QA efforts within a team or domain. Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments (startup experience is a plus). Experience working with AI tools on a daily basis to create tests and tools. Nice to have: Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
