What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and manual testing, Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices, Experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications, Hands-on experience with REST API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Charles, Familiarity with Java and Quarkus ecosystems, Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps, Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Knowledge of BDD/TDD testing approaches
Nice to Have
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Cypress, or similar, Experience with test data creation and validation using JSON and XML, Familiarity with performance and security testing practices, Previous experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated environments, English level Intermediate
