THE ROLE: We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-on, and customer-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing tech team.  In this role, you will work directly with the engineering and product teams to ensure quality, consistency, and performance across our applications.  You will report to the Director of Quality Assurance. ## What You'll Do You’ll Do: Collaborate with engineering, product, customer support, data, etc Ability to provide production support to the CX support team Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities Work with Developers and Product Managers to develop a
