We are seeking a highly technical QA Engineer to join our engine engineering group. In this role, you will be the guardian of quality for our core platform capabilities. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust automation frameworks, ensuring the architectural integrity of our testing suites, and validating complex features across both client-side and server-side systems. Click here to learn more about accessiBe's #companyculture What Will You Do: Take part in the QA effort within your squad, fostering a culture where quality is integrated into the development lifecycle from day one. Design, implement, and own complex automation tests spanning engine logic and backend services. Own the manual validation of features across multiple services: identify edge cases, manage test dependencies, and provide clear "Go/No-Go" signals. Proactively identify technical and delivery risks, articulating the trade-offs between speed of delivery and test coverage. Act as a key player in diagnosing complex production incidents and ensuring that "post-mortem" tests are added to prevent regressions. Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Developers to define "Definition of Done," unblock delivery, and ensure shared ownership of the product quality
