What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Follow procedures, Accurate record keeping of Calibrations, Inspections and Test Data, Bilingual (English/Spanish), Good communication skills, both oral and written, Instrumentation associate, associate degree in engineering or science
Nice to Have
One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in manufacturing industry, Training in GD&T, Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
What You'll Do.
Perform equipment calibration
Perform tooling certifications
Generate tooling certifications
Extract schedule of monthly calibration requirements
Perform verification of calibrations
Review measurements performed by contractors
Train Calibration Technicians
Train Outside Contractors
Assure product documentation maintained
Assure traceability requirements maintained
Monitor compliance to ISO
Monitor compliance to QSR
Assure proper tools available
Assure equipment available
Assure equipment certified
Coordinate with external contractors
Assure trained before performing any task
Use required clothing
Use personal protective equipment
Use security protective equipment
Comply with Quality Standards
Comply with established policies
Comply with established procedures
Execute other duties assigned
