What you will do: Own and evolve the project QA strategy: quality gates, Definition of Ready/Done, release sign-off criteria. Lead manual testing for Unity client features: functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and acceptance testing. Build sprint/release test plans, define risk-based priorities, and ensure coverage of critical user flows. Maintain QA artifacts and traceability: test cases, checklists, test scenarios, and requirements-to-tests mapping. Coordinate QA team execution: task distribution, progress tracking, quality reviews, and mentoring.
