Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Environmental Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or any science-related course, Eligible to take Chemical Technician Licensure, Basic computer skills

Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role for at least 1 year, Experience in the food or feed industry, Experience in Quality Management systems
What You'll Do.
Conduct thorough inspections
Check throughout production process
Verify compliance with standards
Assess product quality
Adhere to standard operating procedures
Assure analytical procedures are conducted
Assure proper sampling is conducted
Perform visual inspections of raw materials
Perform nutritional evaluation of raw materials
Perform visual inspections of feeds
Perform nutritional evaluation of feeds
Verify products meet criteria
Inform departments on deviation
Collect representative samples of raw materials
Collect representative samples of packaging materials
Collect samples of finished goods
Follow sampling protocols
Monitor production processes
Monitor equipment operation
Alert supervisor to deviations
Assist in implementing corrective actions
Maintain accurate records of inspection results
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities
Document observations

Accomplish shift reports
