We're excited to grow our team by hiring a QA Analyst who will play a key role in shaping our testing approach and overall product quality. Please note: This role is based in our Southlake, TX office Liberty Software does not offer employment sponsorship opportunities for this role (e.g., H-1B, OPT, or other work visa status) What You’ll Do: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality across Liberty's product portfolio Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Windows, web, and mobile applications. Identify, document, and prioritize defects using bug tracking tools (Jira) with clear reproduction steps, severity classification, and supporting evidence to ensure timely resolutions Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify test strategies, and analyze test results to provide feedback and suggest improvements Participate in requirements reviews to develop an understanding of upcoming features and identify testing implications early Assist with performance and load testing Develop and maintain regression test suites to prevent the recurrence of previously resolved defects Qualifications: 2-5 years' experience in related industries such as pharmacy or software support; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or prior QA experience a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies, edge cases, or errors in software Critical problem-solving skills with the ability to think methodically and isolate root causes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Basic SQL skills for data validation and defect investigation, or willingness to learn Knowledge of software t
