Full Job Description

**Role Summary :** We’re building a **high‑visibility, cloud‑native engineering team** powering State Street’s next generation of **Digital Compliance** solutions. As a **Python Developer** , you’ll design and deliver secure, scalable services and data pipelines that sit at the heart of our **AML Transaction Monitoring** platform. You’ll work end‑to‑end development cycle using modern Python APIs (FastAPI/Django), **GraphQL** for efficient data access, and **Databricks** on the cloud for analytics and ETL. You will also have opportunity to learn several new and niche technology and highly demanding compliance domain. If you’re passionate about crafting well‑designed systems, shipping in agile iterations, and seeing your work make a difference across the enterprise, we’d love to talk. **Role Description:** * Develop backend services and APIs using Python, web frameworks (Django, Fast API ) , with a focus on scalability and performance. * Develop ETL processes, Delta tables, Orchestration layer using Databricks notebook. * Utilize cloud platforms, especially Databricks, for data processing and analytics. **Qualification:** * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. * 3+ years of Python development experience. * Proficiency in GraphQL and building GraphQL APIs in Big Plus. * Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. * Experience in working with postgresql (AWS RDS) database is a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. * Prior knowledge of PySpark and Databricks will be a big plus. * Knowledge in ETL, Agile, Financial Domain – FCC, TRM Labs, Coinbase will be a plus. **Salary Range:** $70,000 - $118,750 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
