3+ years of writing products in python 3, Experience with at least one agentic framework (eg LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) or comparable orchestration patterns, Understanding of key agentic components like memory management, prompting and tool design, RAG fundamentals, multi-agent orchestration and prompt injection defenses, Knowledge about evaluating agents using benchmarks and success metrics, A working knowledge in Offensive security, including common vulnerability knowledge and experience with web and mobile app testing, Familiarity with common tooling such as: Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, sqlmap, nmap
