This position is available from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year with an immediate start or in August 2026. Job Responsibilities * Conduct teaching duties as assigned by the school * Lead the implementation and ongoing development of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) * Oversee the division’s teaching operations and drive the overall design, optimization, and documentation of the curriculum system, including POI and curriculum maps * Develop and strengthen curriculum/departmental curriculum identity to ensure high-quality learning experiences * Stay up to date with IB publications and ensure all practices align with IB documentation, standards, procedures, and implementation requirements * Ensure staff are informed of and aligned with IBO-related decisions, updates, and publications * Organize and improve management documentation to support effective PYP implementation and clarify teaching systems and routines * Implement teaching routine management to ensure orderly daily teaching operations * Plan and lead collaborative lesson preparation for subject and grade teams, providing guidance and support * Facilitate lesson study and departmental teaching discussions to ensure integrated learning is effectively delivered and intended outcomes are
