What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Tax or Levels I, II and III of the CPA In-depth Tax Course, either in progress or complete, Relevant experience in an accounting firm, law firm, or any other relevant organization, Fluency in English, in addition to French

Helping develop corporate restructuring plans
tax planning and tax strategies that meet clients’ needs
Being involved in business sales
mergers and acquisitions
Conducting and documenting tax analyses
Carrying out special Canadian tax projects
such as corporate reorganizations
trust and estate planning
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaising with the various stakeholders involved in a file (the client, lawyers, accountants, the internal team, etc. ); Sharing technical knowledge and experience with other team members at all levels; Work closely with PwC professionals with varying types of expertise
Communication Scope
Ability to summarize and clearly communicate complex technical information
