What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Basic Knowledge and familiar with industrial and municipal water industry concepts, practices, and procedures., Excellent knowledge and proven experience of mechanical assembly and PVC/ABS pipework installations on packaged skid equipment and within plant rooms from ½” to 12”., Recognised qualifications related to health and safety in a manufacturing / site environment and qualified mechanical installation and maintenance, Understanding of health and safety practices relevant to PVC fabrication., Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship., Team player with good communication skills., Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
Nice to Have
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications is a plus.
What You'll Do.
and install PVC components and piping according to project specifications and engineering drawings.
and fit PVC materials using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect PVC components for defects or damage and ensure quality standards are met.
and organized work area adhering to health and safety policies.
Assist in inventory management of PVC materials and report stock levels to the Stores Operative.
Follow company procedures and quality standards to ensure compliant and consistent output.
