High school diploma or GED, Experience in roll forming, metal fabrication, or manufacturing, Forklift and overhead crane experience
What You'll Do.
Set up and operate purlin roll-forming machines according to job specifications
Load coils and verify material type
Monitor machine operation to ensure proper forming
Perform routine quality checks on finished purlins (length
Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and minimize scrap
Read and interpret production orders

Track production quantities and report any issues or downtime
Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
