What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ Years relevant experience in procurement, sourcing for production in Manufacturing industry, Prior experience in purchasing technical parts & components including equipment & covering commodities including CNC machined parts with tight tolerances, off the shelf parts and tools, optical components - lenses, prisms, mirrors), electrical and electronics including PCBAs (printed circuit board assemblies) and plastic injection molding, Knowledge of Excel, Knowledge of MS, Ability to work independently, Organized, Good time management with tight timescales, Analytical, Ability to mitigate risk, Good communication and negotiation skills, Learning agility, Full Australian work rights

What You'll Do.
Issue and manage purchase orders
Ensure timely delivery of items
Support coordination of RFQs
Support supplier technical reviews
Support cost analyses
Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing
Source newly designed tooling
Source custom components
Provide support to identify suppliers
Provide support to qualify suppliers
Provide support to onboard suppliers
