Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or related discipline, At least five years of experience in food industry purchasing, Exposure to purchasing of pre-portioned convenience/specialty foods, Combined experience in quality assurance or distribution, In depth understanding of raw material commodity markets, Highly developed analytical skills, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities, Effectively negotiate project requests and priorities, Optimize resource utilization, Project management and organizational skills, Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, Communicate technical data to a variety of audience, Highly motivated and efficient, Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results, Evidence of interpersonal skills, Influencing abilities to positively affect results of cross-functional and internal teams, Ability to travel to supplier locations, trade shows and industry events, Adhere to LCE travel policy, Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to maximize total value
