We are looking for a **Purchasing Manager**. **What you will do?** * Directs the procurement of materials, components, supplies, equipment and services that meet the operation’s requirements for quality, delivery, price and terms, lead times, and inventory levels. Commitment to Quality: Purchase from suppliers evaluated for their ability to provide materials and services that conform to specified requirements. * Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Environmental Health & Safety. **How you will do it?** * Responsible for procurement of raw material components, including electronic parts, molded parts, electromechanical, machined parts, and refrigeration components. * Participate in negotiations of long-term contracts with tier one suppliers. * Implement cost savings procedures in tool crib; create and implement min-max system to assure indirect supplies/machine/fixtures spare parts are available. * Manages procurement of materials to meet the goals of JCI regarding inventory levels, turns, cost, quality and customer requirements. * Monitor weekly basis in compliance with the KPI reports * Manages, develops, motivates and trains material planning staff. * Develops and recommends procedures and methods for managing the supply chain management program. * Complies with corporate and plant Purchasing go
