Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the role provides strategic leadership across sourcing, procurement governance, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives for all Group properties and corporate functions. The Purchasing Manager ensures that procurement practices deliver maximum value, operational efficiency, quality assurance, and risk mitigation while supporting the distinctive standards of luxury hospitality that define the Group’s brands.
