Full Job Description
**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: Key responsibilities * **Strategic Sourcing & Procurement** * Define and implement sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials business and supply chain objectives in alignment with the respective global segment lead. * Lead commercial negotiations with domestic suppliers to secure optimal cost, quality, service conditions and concludes contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Monitor market dynamics, cost drivers, and supply risks to support informed purchasing decisions. * Develop, manage, and maintain purchasing forecasts; oversee inventory levels, including excess and obsolete materials (SLOBs). * Ensure governance of purchase orders issued by multiple departments, including compliance with quotation and approval requirements. Additional responsibilities **Import & International Logistics** * Oversee international logistics activities and customs processes to ensure timely and compliant material flow. **Governance, Risk & Compliance** * Ensure full compliance with corporate procurement policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements. * Coordinate and support supplier quality audits in alignment with the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Promote standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement across procurement activities.
