We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro office. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze spending patterns, user profiles, and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. * Conduct supplier research and manage Request for Information (RFI) processes to assess capabilities and market competitiveness. * Develop evaluation criteria and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for low-impact categories. * Lead supplier selection processes and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. * Execute and monitor procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and corporate policies. * Oversee contract administration, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and timely delivery of contracted services. * Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders requiring indirect purchasing services. * Track and report savings generated through procurement initiatives and continuous performance improvements. * Maintain and update the supplier database, ensuring risk evaluations are completed as required. * Define and monitor procurement KPIs and support team development through project participation and knowledge sharing. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in indirect procurement or purchasing roles. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. * Experience
