WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Purchaser V (Procurement Lead) performs an array of technical, research, planning, and administrative activities related to agency procurements and contracts, including interviewing agency program and administrative staff to elicit the information needed to develop a strong, effective scope of work, to identify an appropriate procurement method, to describe deliverables, to develop a work plan, and to identify meaningful performance measures for use by procurement and contract management staff. They will assist in the collection, organization, analysis, and/or preparation of materials needed to develop specifications for the purchase of goods and services.
