Review basic electrical control diagrams

Support troubleshooting

and component-level repairs

Perform preventive maintenance duties

including vibration monitoring

Assess fluid condition and contamination

Evaluate wear patterns on shafts and impellers

and lubrication within the system

Assist in diagnosing complex system issues by identifying early indicators of mechanical failure

Evaluate coupling condition

Perform advanced alignment techniques under supervision or direction

Independently execute most field and shop tasks

Perform system removal and reinstallation

Complete pump base preparation

Assist with start-up and commissioning procedures

Ensure compliance with safety

and reliability standard

Prepare accurate service reports

and customer documentation
