What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in Communications, Journalism, English Language/Literature, Public Relations, Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration (communications focus), or European Studies, 4–10 years of experience in editorial coordination, publishing, content management, or a similar role, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines, Solid understanding of editorial processes, including copy editing, proofreading, and quality control standards, Experience working with digital workflow tools and platforms (e. g. , ARQ, Plunet, SharePoint) and command of Microsoft Office tools, Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level required)
Nice to Have
knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is an advantage, particularly for managing translations, Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities in a multicultural and multilingual environment, experience in banking industry is desired, analytical mindset with attention to detail, ability to identify issues quickly and resolve them independently

Coordinate closely with copywriters, editors, proofreaders, illustrators, translators, and production teams; Act as the key point of contact between authors, the Linguistic Services Division, internal departments, and external providers; Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities in a multicultural and multilingual environment
