Division responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Perform work activities of the Public Staff Accounting Division on cases and projects involving utilities regulated by the North Carolina Utilities Commission. • Responsible for investigating and auditing the financial transactions, accounting practices, and rate adjustment filings of regulated public utilities. • Compiling, monitoring, auditing, and examining financial and/or program information sources for accuracy, integrity, and conformance to rules and regulations. • Preparing complex financial analysis and reports. • Acting as the lead auditor on assigned u
