We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with Clients to understand business needs and define tailored solutions * Support the design and development of use cases and feasibility studies * Contribute to software selection activities, including market analysis and vendor evaluation * Perform technology benchmarking and comparative analysis * Gather and formalize business and functional requirements * Support business process re-engineering initiatives * Contribute to Change Management activities to ensure successful adoption * Assist in PMO activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics and Mathematics. * Experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector) * Knowledge of EU Cohesion Policies and funding programs (e.g. ERDF/FESR, PNRR, ESF+/FSE+, JTF) * Familiarity with systems such as REGIS, OpenCoesione, FSC, SIL, and monitoring of strategic programs * Experience in Data Intelligence and/or AI-related projects * Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written). * The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written) Work Location: Rome (RM) with smart working possibility At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to o
