Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, Minimum of three years’ experience in public relations, gained within a communications agency, hotel group, or luxury, fashion, or FMCG brand, media relations expertise, Proven experience managing social media platforms, Solid knowledge of graphic production processes, Experience coordinating and overseeing photo shoots and video productions, understanding of journalism principles, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese

Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the Director of PR & Marketing; wider Commercial Leadership Team; collaboration with relevant operational teams; close collaboration with culinary, operations, and marketing teams; cross-functional coordination
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; craft compelling narratives; adapt messaging across multiple audiences and communication channels
Process & Methodology
Manage PR and marketing projects, overseeing timelines, priorities
