Route commentary to appropriate spokesperson
Drive approvals of response
Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists
and approval of content assets
Convert primary assets into press releases
Convert primary assets into media pitches
Convert primary assets into sales one-pagers
Convert primary assets into social campaigns
Convert primary assets into executive slides
Convert primary assets into blog summaries
Ensure assets are cleared for external use
Secure time blocks for executive external engagements
Own pre-briefing process for executives
Serve as internal checkpoint for partner announcements
Serve as internal checkpoint for co-marketing announcements
Coordinate on draft thought leadership articles
Manage review cycles for articles
Maintain posting schedule for articles
Drive editing and approval process for press releases
Drive editing and approval process for briefing documents
Drive editing and approval process for media kits
Drive editing and approval process for executive speeches
Drive editing and approval process for thought leadership
Own bi-weekly reporting cadence
Run and interpret reporting
Present reporting to leadership
