Must Have
High school diploma, 3+ years of experience managing or owning project assignments across multiple states, Experience supporting projects from preliminary engineering through construction, Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, Experience working with local and state agencies or public sector clients, Valid driver’s license required, Candidates must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, Candidates must pass a drug screening
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, understanding of civil engineering or railroad infrastructure projects preferred, communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

Building and maintaining relationships with public agency clients
Coordinating with subconsultants
Supporting contract development
Assisting with negotiations
Helping resolve project-related issues
Ensuring compliance with quality standards
and project requirements
