Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field, 2+ years of professional experience or relevant internships in a, public relations or journalism setting, written and verbal communication abilities, Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, Proficiency with standard office software (e. g. , Microsoft Office Suite), familiar with major social media platforms (e. g. , X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher

Compile and distribute daily press clippings
Produce high-volume public affairs content
Create platform-specific social media content
Conduct trend research
Build content calendars
Deliver analytics for social and web performance
Provide public affairs support for conferences
Develop materials for industry stakeholders
Plan and execute high-level external events
Prepare read-ahead materials
Manage public inquiries
Advise on outreach procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Track external speaking engagements
Coordinate intake forms
Respond to invitations
Coordinate venues and logistics
Provide on-site event support
Support high-level visits and ceremonies
Manage internal and external engagements
Prepare visit-specific presentations
Support Geospatial Intelligence Hall of Fame program
Publicize nominations
Process nomination packages
Serve as board secretary
Plan and oversee annual awards event

Work closely with senior team members; Collaborate with product team; Engage with DoD/IC stakeholders; Support external engagements for senior leadership; Coordinate with internal and external teams for events
