JOB SUMMARY: The Government Finance SME (Customer Success Engineer III) is a trusted technical and domain expert who partners closely with customers to help them achieve measurable outcomes across multiple OpenGov product suites. With a strong foundation in public accounting, this role brings deep expertise in financial reporting, audit, compliance, and governmental accounting to guide customers through complex technical and business challenges. The CSE III applies advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to assess non-standard scenarios, identify root causes, and recommend innovative, scalable solutions that align product capabilities with customer goals. As a senior, fully qualified professional, the CSE III plays a critical role in driving adoption, retention, and expansion by ensuring customers realize the full value of OpenGov’s platform.
