Must Have
Current and valid driver's license, Safe driving record, Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age, Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds
Nice to Have
High school diploma or GED, Prior hotel and/or related guest service experience
What You'll Do.
Safely transport guests
Provide luggage assistance
Anticipate and respond to guests
Provide the highest level of service
Assist and direct guests
Understand and follow guest service recovery program
Fill out required logs
Complete safety checks of vehicles
Ensure vehicle has gas
Ensure vehicle is clean and presentable
Adhere to cost controls
Plan to ensure avoiding unnecessary trips
Adhere to all applicable traffic laws
Complete preventive maintenance checks
Complete required safety equipment checks
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow procedures for guest/associate incidents
Produce required volume of work
organize and prioritize work duties
Adhere to general work rules
Adhere to department procedures
Attend department meetings
Attend hotel meetings
