What You'll Do.
Ensure safety of interim housing site
Monitor site facilities and grounds
Build rapport with participants
Engage participants in maintaining safety
Provide assistance during crisis situations
Assist with implementing security systems
Assist with implementing support systems
Assist with implementing protocols
Assist with implementing policies
Coordinate with onsite case management team
Coordinate with contracted security agencies
Conduct regular rounds of site and grounds
Communicate discrepancies or concerns
Observe discrepancies or concerns
Assist with drafting written documentation
Assist with drafting written correspondence

Respond to crisis situations
Utilize non-violent crisis intervention

JR 5689 Safety Support Associate Los Angeles, CA 90004 Salary: $21.71 - $26.36 per hour Pay Frequency: 24 Pay Periods Per Year Part-Time Sunday and Saturday 3:00pm to 11:30pm Non-Exempt Lower end of range will apply to candidates who meet minimum experience or have limited years of relevant experience. The higher end of range will apply to seasoned candidates with considerable years of relevant experience.
