What You'll Do.
Providing a friendly welcome
Guiding guests through the registration process
Providing information about the resort and area attractions
Processing cash and credit card transactions
Balancing cash receipts
Performing bucket checks
Completing other cashier/money handling responsibilities
Completing all check-out procedures
Verifying that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios
Reserving and confirming reservations for individuals and/or groups
Providing guests with room rate quotes
Responding to guest inquiries and concerns
How You'll Work.
