Full Job Description
* Full-time position until June 2027 * Based from our Box Hill office, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People + WFH Tuesdays * $44.00 - $48.99 per hour + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550 We’re looking for a Psychosocial Support Worker to deliver practical, outcome-focused mental health support as part of the Partners in Wellbeing (PIW) program. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with clients to help them navigate challenges, build independence, and achieve meaningful progress. In this role, you will: * Work directly with clients (16+) to identify challenges, set goals, and make clear progress * Deliver flexible support through a mix of Telehealth and onsite sessions * Provide practical assistance connecting clients to services including housing, NDIS, and dual-diagnosis pathways * Develop action plans using a strengths-based, recovery approach with clear outcomes * Collaborate with mental health services to manage risk and support wellbeing * Apply key frameworks including MARAM, FVISS and CISS where required * Build strong working relationships with carers, peers and community networks Please note: This role is not NDIS-focused – you’ll be supporting clients through community and clinical mental health systems. Who we’re looking for You’re someone who enjoys working directly with people , solving problems, and helping others move forward during challenging times. You’ll bring: * Experience supporting clients with complex psychosocial or mental health needs * Background in mental health and/or AOD services * Understanding of the Social Model of Health * Experience working with frameworks such as MARAM, FVISS and CISS * Confidence working with complex, dual-diagnosis or hard-to-reach clients * Ability to work independently, manage your time, and make sound decisions * Strong communication skills across written, verbal and digital platforms * A commitment to continuous learning, feedback and improving practice ## Qualificat
