Must Have
Ph. D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, Psychological Measurement, or a related field with an emphasis on quantitative research or psychometrics, Advanced training in Psychometric research and statistics including item response theory, scaling, and equating, Monte Carlo methods, sample design and computer programming, Experience with assessment systems, sampling theory and item response theory, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Runs technical operational and research projects
and performs statistical review for basic and/or segments of complex projects
Ensures quality control of deliverables
