This program works alongside educators, families and communities to build inclusive, supportive environments for children aged three and four—focusing on communication, wellbeing, and participation so every child can thrive as they transition to school. Your role, your impact As a Psychologist in the School Readiness Funded Program, you will play a vital role in supporting kindergarten educators to respond confidently and thoughtfully to the diverse needs of children and families. Rather than providing individual therapy, your work focuses on capacity building —helping educators strengthen everyday practice so children experience safe, inclusive and connected learning environments. In this role, you will: * Plan and coordinate service delivery with kindergartens and the SRF allied health team * Lead capacity‑building work with educators through coaching, modelling, mentoring, group training and de‑identified case consultation * Support school readiness out
