Login to your McGill Workday account and apply to this posting using the Find Jobs report (type Find Jobs in the search bar).** **Position Summary:** Reporting to Clinic Director, the incumbent provides direct mental health support to clients of the McGill Psychoeducational & Counselling Clinic contributing to its’ mission of offering early and accessible client care, providing comprehensive graduate student clinical training, and fostering community mental health awareness. The incumbent delivers evidence-informed assessment and/or counselling interventions tailored to the needs of a variety of clients, ensuring timely and effective support. In addition to assessment and/or counselling, the role involves supervising training psychologists, pursuing outreach initiatives that promote the Clinic across the campus and the local community, and assisting the directors (i.e., clinical and academic) within Educational & Counselling Psychology in ensuring that the graduate degree programs, as well as the practicums and internships of students are consistent with OPQ/CPA standards. **Major Duties and Responsibilities:** * Administers and interprets standardized assessments with children and adolescents; Produces integrated reports consistent with OPQ/CPA standards and collaboratively creates intervention plans with Clinic clients. * Carries a caseload from the Clinic waiting list; Provides individual therapy or counselling within a collaborative care framework; Maintains timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) consistent with OPQ/CPA standards. * Provides supervision to graduate trainees; Contrib
