What You'll Do.
Provides comprehensive evaluations
diagnosis and treatment of patients with mental illness
emotional disorders and/or substance abuse.
Coordinate psychiatric treatment plan with both FHCSD therapy
and with community support systems as appropriate.
Assess medical information including pathophysiology
differential diagnosis
to facilitate health promotion and disease prevention.
Communicates with providers
and all patient support staff
Provide consultation and support to primary care providers in the management of primary care patients with mental health concerns.
Meets clinic site and organization needs in a reliable and flexible manner.
Complete all required documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
