As a Psychiatric Technician you will: • Facilitate patient-professional collaboration at all levels of health care. • Monitor therapeutic treatment • Recognize and value differences in the care team and creates a setting conducive to opinion-sharing. • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop patient care protocols and procedures. • Incorporate clinical guidelines into patient care • Uses information technology to deliver safe and efficient care.
